A downloadable PDF guide for employability professionals supporting people with criminal records into work. In association with the Institute for Employability Professionals.

How & why we support front-line practitioners
Unlock is not a government contracted service-delivery organisation. Our front-line services are charitably funded. As a result, we help front-line practitioners that are funded to provide support and advice to people with convictions.

We provide in-house training for organisations that can be tailored to your needs.
